At pick-up a deposit amount of USD 110 will be charged against a valid payment method, as per the car rental supplier's terms and conditions, for the duration of the rental.

Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or new damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Insurance Coverage section.

All cards must be in the same name as the main driver on the booking.

In the event that you fail to present a valid payment method, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on your account, or the payment method is not in the main driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Young Drivers Age: 21 to 24 Years Charge 32.6 EUR per Day Maximum 362 EUR Includes 20% Tax

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Travel Restrictions

You can take the vehicle out of the country of rental for no additional charge to the following countries only : Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Metropolitan France, Northern Ireland, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain (continental), Sweden, Switzerland, exception for vans). Vehicles must be returned to a Budget France location, no other cross border travel is permitted.

Cargo vans are not allowed to be driven into Switzerland, luxury cars are not allowed to be driven into Corsica and Italy.
